Can anyone advise if the vacancies posted on the AE are goals for net gains in a given fleet/seat/base? Or is it the goal just an effort to account for attrition and have as close to 0 net change as possible?
For example, this latest AE reflects 40 vacancies for the 320B in SLC. Looking at the award in widget, it looks like the 320B is net negative for August (54 in vs 60 out). Would that mean there are theoretically still vacancies to be pushed to new hires and/or future AE awards or does the 54 inbound account for the 40 advertised?

New guy question: How do we know when our conversion is loaded into DBMS (iCrew)? Or do we wait for them to post the monthly conversion PDF on Deltanet?
