If you look at trends over the last year, a lot of the MSP330 spots get filled with senior 320/73N pilots so that may be the one bug-a-boo that hurts the 11X WBB dreamers. ATL330 should gain some DTW and NYC 330 pilots so that’ll make for some backfills in the motor city and big Apple. 350 will continue to go senior with lack of openings.

I think the fact that we have more than quadruple the amount of 330B openings this month AND training over the start of the holiday season will help junior folks the most. I’d expect the same deal with September too. They are also starting to staff S24 so that’ll keep the numbers higher too.

To sum up my thoughts, I think the biggest factor for this AE and next will be the holidays. The biggest reason that monthly AEs go senior is because you finally know when training is. I can’t imagine a lot of folks (senior ones) willing to train over the holidays and volunteer their time to go sweat a new plane when they could be playing Santa Claus for their kids instead. Although playing Santa may be more stressful
Short conversion window that doesn't interrupt 2024 plans and a large MSP bid makes me think it will still go more senior. I think those who haven't already bid A will finally do and the common pay at the top will draw more senior people to WB B. Everybody flexes, but do you do the selfie in the new house, with the sports car, (miatas excluded for obvious reasons) on the new boat or in your airplane?

Protecting company information is a condition of employment. Curly doesn't face that threat. If he gets busted, he loses a tax deductible hobby. You or I face loss of all future earnings. Notice that accessing the data via JBs tool requires a deltanet login.

True to an extent. But, If I retire and have 15K names and DOB and other stuff....I could sell it for nefarious purposes could I not? Don't worry, as I have said before, If one has an email or any social media accounts or a phone with a Huawei chip....that info is out there. It's open source intelligence and programs are sucking up that data. It is so prevalent that triple pairs can sell for as little as .3 cents per record.

you wouldn’t face the loss of all future earnings if you get approval, as curly has

True. Where is the approval form on DeltaNet? I'd like to launch a competing product as a mobile app.

Call the CPO, but i’s already a thing -> DALSEN.

This is so much ado about nothing, it’s ridiculous.

Now back to the AE…

Is this like when you are at a bar and see a beautiful woman. Then, you go to the bathroom and stare in the mirror to talk yourself up? I'm rooting for you, but you're projecting insecurity.

but that’s a Delta problem….not a Curly problem. Look I disagree with cutting off John Bell. Incredibly stupid on the companies part. I also disagree with cutting off the ICrew Max folks. That was a way superior product to anything put out by Delta, but again..,that’s a Delta issue. I don’t care about the information Curly uses. Whatever. I do have a huge problem with the information the company prevents others from using. I’m just saying don’t blame Curly. I like his product and I don’t see how it harms anyone.

Why are you being intentionally silly about it? You and I both know that it’s uncommon enough that no deltanet form is appropriate, and you and I both know you could find out who to talk to if you were actually serious.
