We agree. Anyone talking in absolutes right now is naive. Wait for the final language, read it for yourself, and vote accordingly.

Any predictions on how big SLC330 opens? I’m guessing 45A/90B.
sounds appropriate.

Depending on your source there are a few years that are or aren't in the millennial bucket. Under almost all of them no millennial is 40 for another few years.

Yeah, I can't see any captain getting off the gate after that introduction.

Don’t let facts get in the way of a good story.

Seems like a gamble considering the pay rates are much more specifically spelled out in the AIP as opposed to a vague point about improvements in rotation construction.

Would any NB As like to chime in with their thoughts?
Interesting...
I hadn't considered your A to B scenario until I read your post. 737A to the new WB-B (A330 in my case) would be exactly the same hourly rate, $285, so there's no loss of income and potentially a great gain in QOL. With the new QOL items and the increased seniority, I could see myself on long call indefinitely and not flying much except GSs when they are available. I wasn't, but now I am considering it. There's still the TBD training schedule and Virginia Ave. hurtle but... hmmm.

The Millennial term was to denote the first high school graduating class of the new millennium, 2000. Those people are all 40+.

My opinion is that the Millennial term was started as a news/fad type of thing for the year 2000 (Y2K anyone?). I say that because generally Millennials and Gen X’ers are siblings both raised by Boomers, and siblings are typically considered to be from the same generation (with some exceptions).

I don't either (fly into ATL) now what? This would be a great trip. Seriously, digging into that brain while they work the radios the entire trip would be entertaining.

But…. But…. Pay raises!!! How dare you self inflict a pay cut vs inflation!!!!!

#Sarcasm

So QOL actually CAN trump big pay raises. Who would have thunk it?
