You are probably right, but it could be something like the 365 is reduced to 270 but not completely eliminated. I have no clue…it could be in there as it is today. I guess we will see soon.

What is the impending displacement after the summer? If there is an AE early next month, I would almost wager that it (1) closes the SEA7ER category in its entirety and (2) opens up the SLC330 category.
Remember, seat freezes only apply if CR wants them to. They can (and have) released pilots from freezes to rebalance as necessary. If you have a freeze but see something you want, bid it because you just might get it. And, the beauty is, you don't carry your remaining seat freeze with you unlike 12-month+ NH and First Time Capt awardees. You just get the 24 months from date of award.

They have recently stated they don’t want to do either of those (SLC330 or SEA displacement) on the next AE. Even more so they said it’s likely both may occur after the summer. Everytime we approach an AE everyone wants to make the case this is going to be the 365. I realize they can break the seat locks but still seems unlikely to do that big of a move that will really shake everything up right in the middle of the summer. I just don’t see any logical reason they’d rush to do that.

This.. As one of the younger GenX guys, totally this.

FWIW, when they DZ/Boomer Crows *****es about Millenials, I don't think they realize the older Millennials are in their 40s now.

As one of the old ones, I just sit there and listen intently, and then enjoy their facial contortions when I finally inform that I’m a Millennial. It’s happened a few times. Boomers gonna boom.

Millennials fought in both recent wars, bare the blunt of the catastrophic economic ecosystem we have been experiencing these past two decades, and are on the receiving end of decades of bad policies. Not one peep about millennials again, ever.

My experience has been totally opposite.

Dead zones were great!

Young kids showing up 10 min before push because the coffee shop had a line or telling me they’ve done interior inspection when they didn’t … got old really quick.
To say nothing about “I don’t fly into Atlanta” or “I only do every other walk around” instead of “good morning”!

Huh? An FO stated “I don’t fly into Atlanta” to the captains face? That’s sounds……….very hard to believe

Insofar as those people exist, that's not 'cause they're young kids. That's cause they're jerks, and there are jerks in every generation. I'm a millennial, and I skip the coffee line if it's too long (and I ask the captain if he wants anything if I'm using a mobile order). I assume I'm doing every walkaround until told otherwise, and then I make sure to thank the other guy if and when they take one.

Just basic decency. I don't go to ATL though if I can help it!
