WB FO still going pretty senior. Only 3 non-displacements in the 5-digit (10,XXX) range.
Junior NB Captain Aug 22 Hire (~85% overall seniority), barely senior to the Mid-Bid, I think? 122 New Captains who are Post-Covid hires. I still think that will stretch longer over the next year, and definitely over the next 2. Congrats to all. |

We didn't have many WB FO vacancies posted this time. That always drives senior awards. I was actually surprised by how Junior it went for the limited awards.

I think things will trend more senior, but not quite to historical “norms.” We won’t really know h til they have run 6 monthly bids, or go back to bigger bids. The fundamentals that make junior NB-A undesirable haven’t changed.

I was surprised by how junior A’s went even on some of the NB. I honestly thought that the Age 67 increase getting more likely to happen soon would get more in the pool.

A's will continue to go junior for the foreseeable future, particularly on the 717 and 220.
