A new SVP of Flt Ops certainly has the potential to gumm up the expediency of publishing results.

I used to think this, but the results don’t match the opinion of BS as some guy fighting for proper staffing against other departments that don’t care. He is a seemingly nice guy, but is part of the machine. It’s been 4 years since the “a little hot” summer of 2019, and the only thing that has changed is selective draw downs of schedules when they are concerned about staffing. No real staffing changes have been made. Green slips and understaffed categories are the norm. And every update from BS includes charts and data designed to say everything is fine, we are properly staffed and the company is doing a great job.

Yup. All these charts about how much better reserve coverage is. LOL!

Junior NB Captain Aug 22 Hire (~85% overall seniority), barely senior to the Mid-Bid, I think? 122 New Captains who are Post-Covid hires. I still think that will stretch longer over the next year, and definitely over the next 2.
