Prepare yourselves… 2023 AEs

So a couple things I’ve noticed with the last two AEs.
1) The 350 is going more senior than the 330, despite what we all thought with the pay banding.
2) CAs are going more senior than what I thought
This is like how it was pre-COVID. CA spots carry a lot of money and therefore go more senior. The 350 (biggest plane) goes the most senior, despite the pay being equal. It feels like we are back to normal which is weird but kind of nice because predicting these things will be easier. That is until we get 16 Airbus WBs next year then that could make things get crazy again!

BIG QUESTION :
What happens during the August and September AEs?? Training will be November and December. A big no no for senior folks with families! May be a good time for the junior pilots to steal a more senior position.

Still surprised by SLC320A under 2 years. Are the trips really that bad out west?
