Like you, my highest priority was Rotation Construction. The AIP notes seem to hint that nothing substantial occurred in negotiations. However, the latest LAX Update states that Section 12 and 23 were closed early in the week before value items were even proffered. That gives me hope that maybe something meaningful occurred. I assumed it was a matter of "here's the money, forget about Rotation Construction". But apparently we closed that section on its own merits. We'll see....
Funny enough the LAX Update was a Con paper, but actually left me feeling better about what is to come. In summary, their biggest gripe was the abandonment of Minimum Balances in the Retirement pillar. MB polled poorly, and was abandoned for good reason.

We'll see I guess. I don't like the AIP as it stands. Every single section fell short of the 2019 Contract goals as published by ALPA. IF, and that is a big if, there is retro for 2023 and strong language for pairing construction improvements I might be able to consider supporting it. I just don't see why there are so many Yes voters on here right now.

So, let me get this straight while playing devils advocate, the WB FO rates that will now be close to current CA rates will have you stay put. But retro plus pay raises in this AIP (plus the 2023 no pay BS) isn’t enough for you? Sounds like it is, without factoring in the QOL gains that you will enjoy more of staying where you are.

Im not leaning any direction until I see language.

Are you being sarcastic? Go look at the "2019 Contract" document put out by ALPA. It is all right in there, every single area they missed on. Bullet point by bullet point. They failed on almost every single goal. I don't need to see the TA to know they failed because the AIP summary is enough details to see they failed. Do you want me to do more work for you and list them out point by point? I don't need a pro/con paper to know they failed. I read the 2019 Contract document and read the AIP summary. It is clear as day, what more do you want to see?
