Agreed. He gave no indication besides they'll be working in tandem with training for sim availability.
My question is, could this be an indication for future indoc classes to know what their drop could be? For arguments sake if MSP320B had unbid openings last month but they didn't post any this month. Can they still offer those positions in August to newhires or only the most recent unbid openings?

You can do the math, which is a little painstaking. Sometimes Crew Resources posts the data on Skyhub, or responds to an email asking. Just keep in mind it’s the net awards that determine the openings, not just the fact they award the number they posted (IOW, if they post 20 vacancies, award 10, but 5 people also bid out, there are still 15 vacancies available for NH’s.)

So let’s say you got a base transfer on the last AE they didn’t require training, convert in 2 months. Then one month later they do another AE you take a WB B slot you were wanting with training many months out . Would they delete the first award?

So I would presume that, so long as you don't train for the second award before the first award's conversion window closes, you would change bases (briefly).

That does not sound right. I am similar seniority (almost exact) and couldn’t touch a summer vacation. Not that I don’t believe you but there must have been a glitch in the matrix because that doesn’t pass the smell test of honoring seniority. I guess weird things happen in NYC.
