Is everyone going to just skip over the part where they acknowledge pilots have been asking for smaller, more frequent AEs and this is the first attempt at that? I’m no Company apologizer but let’s not say the sky is falling just yet when they appear to be at least, somewhat possibly, listening to us on this front.
when were you hired? They have said that for years and never done it.

Lol, they've been saying that for years now. It's just become hard to believe them after so many empty promises.

I figured by 2024/25 we’d start with the first few going, and the current 330s were mostly growth with a touch of replacement. Guess the “big WB order” will fill in how much is what.

It’s true they have been saying smaller, more frequent AEs for years. These numbers and the memo seem to indicate that they are finally going to give it a shot.
