Age 67 would suck.
Cant wait for them to get the bright idea to further scrutinize the first class medical too.

Everyone thinks they’re immortal. We are, but only for a limited time.

That would be a nightmare, no matter how it goes.

”may return”. It just says if you are under 67 but previously forced to retire you can fly again. Just like with age 65. Those pilots will have had their names removed from the seniority list on their 65th birthday and would be eligible to come back at the bottom of the list if rehired by delta.
APC hasn’t had this level of drama since Trump closed the Atlantic!

Lol and they won’t go anywhere in time for the 65 retired to get back before having to go at 67

Sure. Once I take your collateral for the bet that prior retired pilots have any stance to stand on getting their seniority back through a lawsuit.

Im ready when you are!

Well, since this now seems to be the new age 67 thread, I put this here. The thought crossed my mind about what happens to guys 63-64 years old currently who got a bypass on a recent AE? If age 67 passes are they just granted an extra 2 years of bypass pay, or would they potentially be forced to train on the equipment they were bypassed on?
