So do you think it would have been reasonable to bump the 7ER to the top pay scale? Every Captain on the 350, 764, and 330 has at least 23 years seniority and the 7ER's go down to about 3 years so yeah it makes sense to me how it was done.

There is a huge difference in what it takes to hold each fleet.
