How certain are you they didn’t read your face/tone and tell you what you wanted to hear?

While I can't speak for all DZers, I can tell you that since there was no semblance of retirement pillar, many are upset that the pay isn't up to snuff. No retirement, no pay bump. Lose lose for us.

Oh and as to other airline forums, UAL would have signed 14% and be thrilled. Once again, DAL has to do the heavy lifting.

You're crazy. This thing passes 80-20 easily.

I didn’t bring it up, they did. I’m not discussing this at work, waste of time.

Please tell me that is sarcasm. This is a TOTAL QOL AIP except for a handful of categories.

Why would a handful of categories be excluded?

The 717s are getting nothing. The 7ERs are getting bent over. The 350 got nothing, but that is due to the banding which I get and I am all for.

You'd have to ask the negotiators about that though. I did, and the answer was far from satisfactory
