Voting NO is easy, all it takes is anger.
Getting to a YES requires reading the language, analysis, comprehension and decision making. It takes a good deal of work to go from NO to YES, so it is no surprise all we have today are NO votes.

I would argue that to vote no should take the same things. If your vote does not include these steps, you are part of the problem, not the solution.

Withholding my opinion until I see the language and apply the above steps.

Most are upset with retirement, retro and new changes to premium pay that will benefit the company.
lol

shocker! Then when it passes you will meet no one that voted yes!

Are you on a senior airplane?

Well, I may have that opportunity now.
I'm in the same boat.

Both my recent FO’s, late 30’s, 5-6 year, one ML one regional said they are No’s. Retro, premium pay change, gray areas.

kinda hard to know the change’s without an actual TA or language. I’ll give you retro, specifically the lack of DC and potential for a retro “dead zone” in the early part of 2023 was underwhelming to say the least. But since we don’t know what the premium pay changes are or what the grey areas are it’s odd to already know they warrant a no vote.

I guess we will see in a few weeks what this thing holds and a few months what the pilots think of it.

Agree there shouldn’t be angst yet without seeing language. Didn’t really discuss it in too much depth. I figure many have single issue barometers.
