Voting NO is easy, all it takes is anger.
Getting to a YES requires reading the language, analysis, comprehension and decision making. It takes a good deal of work to go from NO to YES, so it is no surprise all we have today are NO votes.

I haven’t talked in person yet that is voting yes. Just finished some sims at the school house. Both instructors are voting No. Sim parter No. Pilots at the hotel bar voting No. Jumpseat ride home, both pilots voting No. Talked with a rep, voting No.
Most are upset with retirement, retro and new changes to premium pay that will benefit the company.

shocker! Then when it passes you will meet no one that voted yes!

I remember it quite differently. There was a very loud objection to TA1. Even the sentiment to TA2 seemed less favorable to this. I voted NO to both of them. So far, likely a YES on this one. I always envisioned myself as an always vote NO guy. I never thought I’d have an opportunity to vote on a contract with substantial gains and not filled with concessions. Well, I may have that opportunity now.

I guess we will see in a few weeks what this thing holds and a few months what the pilots think of it.

kinda hard to know the change’s without an actual TA or language. I’ll give you retro, specifically the lack of DC and potential for a retro “dead zone” in the early part of 2023 was underwhelming to say the least. But since we don’t know what the premium pay changes are or what the grey areas are it’s odd to already know they warrant a no vote.
