Flip the script. Most guys/girls wanted TA1 to pass on this forum. You got that going for you.

Might want to check your facts. This forum has been pretty accurate in predicting vote outcomes.

I wasn't here for TA1, but when it comes to online forums, what shows up in a poll versus what impressions we get from discussion is often different, because discussions are often dominated by the same dozen or so people posting basically the same things (for or against). Most others maybe pop in for a question, get an answer, and disappear again. But voting in a poll is easy!

SDY is one of the best trips in the system. Trips pay better on the 350. More time off the 350. I hope the 330 goes more senior. It might if they ever open up a SLC 330 base.
But this thing might not pass. Not everyone is excited about it. Go look and read on the other forums.
So far the only no’s I’ve seen are deadzoners upset about min balance. Which will never be a thing. Or those who wanted 30-40% full retro payment. Most every other airline forum or conversation is about how asinine we would be to say no to this. Not sure where you’re reading… Widget contract page? Lol

TRUE... but Bug's point prevails.....CC is always wrong if the TA passes, they always think there's more and "just vote NO" ...APC usually hits the mark

I haven’t talked in person yet that is voting yes. Just finished some sims at the school house. Both instructors are voting No. Sim parter No. Pilots at the hotel bar voting No. Jumpseat ride home, both pilots voting No. Talked with a rep, voting No.
Most are upset with retirement, retro and new changes to premium pay that will benefit the company.

I have been here for 2 weeks. Just the opposite. Running about 80/20 yes at the moment. Most at the pub event I spoke to last night were “yes” although I didn’t take a poll either.

I remember it quite differently. There was a very loud objection to TA1. Even the sentiment to TA2 seemed less favorable to this. I voted NO to both of them. So far, likely a YES on this one. I always envisioned myself as an always vote NO guy. I never thought I’d have an opportunity to vote on a contract with substantial gains and not filled with concessions. Well, I may have that opportunity now.

If you are converted you stay home and get paid. If you cant Get the required hours because you can’t fly your old equipment I guess you stay home and get paid forever! I suspect if you call the training CA a solution will be worked out. Contractually I think they will have to buy you trips in your old category.

If I sat next to you at the bar, I’d tell you I was voting no just to get to a different conversation topic.
