I think I said first half of June but looking back he could have said second half. It was a quick comment in the middle of a bunch of other stuff. He definitely did not say anything about July or August.

He said second half of June, twice. He also said it would have a lot of Captain postings. I got the distinct impression it would be a MOAB.

It’s BS. His initials, not the field decor. But take it with a grain, or pinch, of salt. The AE will be out sometime, with some amount of seats, and it’ll be awarded at a later date. That’s about all that’s 69% certain.
