You don’t think they will stop hiring or you think they won’t blunder through more questionable-at-best staffing decisions based on pre-month credit reductions relying on perfect weather/no sick calls/record GS while ignoring post-month reality and the reliability hit it leaves in its wake?

Not to mention the upcoming leap year.

that wasn’t due to a plan to fly the SLI’s though. That was from 800 pilots worth of “found efficiency” that we have been paying for to this day
