What a strange post; median US home prices have jumped 43% since then from $327.1k Q4 2019 to $467.7k Q1 2023, so if his home is anything like most Americans'... it sounds like he made an excellent investment.

Boortz is right. Certainly not everyone who is poor made bad choices. But the vast majority did.

Not all of us got a 5-6 figure retro not retro check. Many of us are still recovering from a huge pay cut to come here.

And worrying about the next economic crash and doubting our airline is prepared for it doesn't mean I'm stupid with money.
Alright I’m just messing around. Don’t get all excited now. You have built up in your head that thousands are going to get furloughed in a few months and the world is ending. I’m just making a joke because I think you are totally wrong.

Yep! He actually can sell it now for nearly double what he paid!

We are all getting worked up over a rumor that the next AE is August. It may not be true at all. If it is, then we can deal with it then because yes, that would mean hiring will just about stop. But let’s wait and see. Management has suggested 4 different months for the next AE since a few weeks ago. It’s always changing.

Anyone else miss Captain Herb reporting “heavy backup on GA400?”

Look at last AE unfilled positions, hiring plans/ drops, and conversion timeline. Everything ends when (shortest point)- AE required at least a month prior for NH slots. That’s a zero growth model. Can’t have NH slots without AE, so run the math in reverse. My AE bid is already in, it’ll hit when NH slots run dry OR the company realizes we need to ramp up hiring with SLI’s sent to the line (show of immediate desperation vs long term planning).

What are you saying? We shouldn’t go into panic mode until august? (Per the last AE’s final conversation month). Also, do you believe we can associate lack of AEs as an economical down turn or are they separate issues?

apparently we are probably heading to furloughs. Not based on the comments of guy who publishes bids, or the forward bookings or really anything at all except one post about a velvet rumor

prepare yourself now

/sarcasm
