I would say no. WB-B now only pays 18% less than NB-A, and that is before intl override and the new perdiem. One makes more money per day WB-B than NB-A, that is why the top half are so insanely senior. Senior WB-B make more than most WB-A's.

Sorry, side question. Does the conversion window begin the month after the AE closes? Like it an AE closes June 1st, then the conversions would start July? Or can they chose to start it earlier/later?

CX500T wbay kind of mileage you see with the 10 speed? I’ve got a 2017 with the 6 speed..didn’t buy it for mileage but dang it drinks diesel to the tune of 9-10mpg…thinking about swapping for the 10spd.
Pulling a 45 foot, 13'6" tall 21,000 tri axle toy hauler, about 8.5-9.5 depending on wind and hills.
Averaged 9.4 Virginia Beach to Daytona and back for the Supercross. 65-70 loaded.

I'm getting:
C16 (274.06−228.29)÷274.06= WB B 17% less than NB A.
C19 (335.13−285.22)÷335.13= WB B 15% less than NB A.
Maybe you meant NB A pays 18% more than WB B, but still.
You really think ~2% pay is going to drastically move the needle?

I guess you could argue LAX350 is most senior obviously but they’ve e been wildly understaffed and last to recover from Covid.

I mean it already is and last AE it still went more junior even with paybanding news. 765 actually flew way more senior than subsequent bids. With 330 growing, I don’t know if I see it being even more senior. Suddenly senior NB B’s are going to flock to that lifestyle because it pays more? 350 pilots are all going to bid off their growing seniority to be less senior on 330? A lot more to this equation than I think people consider. If people were so easily moved by the $ sign then one could argue all these senior WB/NB B’s could upgrade with decent seniority and even more $.
