yeah… I lost hope of this awhile ago. BWYWWWYB. I wouldn’t expect anything to change. It might be even worse this summer honestly.

It's too late to do anything for summer. An April AE would have a first conversion date of May 1 and even if you converted someone that date, they aren't going to be through training and OE by June 1. Maybe base changes, but unlikely they could actually get anyone trained until mid summer. Especially since they plan to flex most of the instructors to the line this summer.

I'm betting an AE comes out in May/June as advertised. BS hates being wrong and will do anything to avoid admitting it. They will continue to do all kind of mental gymnastics to convince themselves they are well staffed until then.

Yes. The thing is May/June can mean a window of 8 weeks. Depending on when that comes out will make or break my decision to bid. The golden days won’t go into affect until I think the AE after next. August is a huge wedding month for me unfortunately so a May AE would be too big of a risk. June would be perfect for me personally! I wish they would post a survey and let us vote which month the next AE should be. How cool would that be Follow up, how long on average does it take to transition to the new IQ? About 3 months after the results are posted?

Imagine a world where the union negotiated regular AEs and we didn't have to guess or try to plan our lives for the next 150-235-365 days around something that we have no idea when/if it will occur.

This for people who don't think management reads this site. But July now? Wow. Like morale wasn't already low enough. It's going to be a long summer.

BS doesn’t have to read this site. Someone directly asked on skyhub

This makes sense as it looks like they are throwing most of the SLI's out to the line for the peak summer months, so having an AE that can't train until end of summer is kind of pointless.

It's amazing how much they thread has progressed. The movement we've experienced would have been unthinkable just a few years ago. The mighty 7ERA wall not only fell, but crumbled into nonexistence.

There is only one wall left at the Widget, and it's the Big One. When will 350/330/765A fall to the next generation of Delta pilots. It's coming..... PREPARE YOURSELVES

I predict DTW350A will go first.
