It's a confusing DOS based form you occasionally fill out with all your hopes and dreams, but that's not important right now...

So when’s the next AE?

I think this will be the longest stretch without one since the merger. What do y’all think? June will put it at 6 months and who knows if that’ll even stand. Management thinks we are well staffed so there’s no AE in sight if you ask me!

nah, my guess is they’ll announce one next week that closes by about 19 Apr. Reason will be “fine tuning staffing for summer 2023” 😂

I have a sincere hope that marketing, network, and flight ops actually sit down and run numbers of what we can staff, hire, and train. The idea of constant reroutes and greenslips will not work going forward. It’s not working now, won’t work over summer, and will only hurt the brand going forward. The tongue in cheek of “married to the company” really rings true of the need for an actual TALK. The optimizer can’t fix fatigue and morale, regardless of a new PWA. Recalculate.

Bingo, the company has proven over and over they only care about our QOL if they're forced to (PWA, OSHA, 117, Fatigue, etc.) I can't think of anything they do for us that doesn't have an agenda with the end goal of money. I'm not blaming them, but they're going to get the same mentality from me.
