I kept getting sqeaks and pops with the U Fly Mike on the A220 unless I lowered the gain until I had to almost shout to get the intercom to pick up my voice. I switched to the avee setup and no such problems. Had to adjust it the first time on the plane, but after that works like a charm. Highly recommend it with the Bose headphones.

Im in the 320 for 7yrs. You’re the one wearing it, not the pilot on the other side hearing all your feedback. Most of pilots will stay quiet and won’t bring it up, I personally just turn off the intercom volume.
It’s your headset, you payed for it, it’s personal choice. But IMO, it does not work as great, also the green flashing light from the QC bothers at night the other pilot peripheral view.
