Bose pro flight has said feature. Double tap the bud=hear through.

it’s kinda crappy, though. I found it’s just as easy to hear through the ANR as to use the tap through, since the signal-to-noise doesn’t improve much (really, gets worse) with the tap-through function.

Agreed. Turned mine off. It would annoyingly turn on while chewing on something.

Haven't tried in ear but a Bose QC45 with Uflymic is very light and comfortable compared to the A20.

Please don’t do those…the gain is too high and most of the time I have to lower the intercom volume and when the other pilot talks it’s not too loud.

If you’re going to spend money, spend on the real deal, not a half way solution for work and commute.

Maybe fleet dependent. On the 320 I have not found this to be true. And it is far from a half way solution. It is better in almost every way than the aviation specific Bose. Caveat: I have the Avee mic with a QC45. But have flown with tons of pilots with the Ufly mic and has worked like a charm.

Im in the 320 for 7yrs. You’re the one wearing it, not the pilot on the other side hearing all your feedback. Most of pilots will stay quiet and won’t bring it up, I personally just turn off the intercom volume.

It’s your headset, you payed for it, it’s personal choice. But IMO, it does not work as great, also the green flashing light from the QC bothers at night the other pilot peripheral view.

There's a tiny knob on the side of the controller that adjusts the gain. From my experience with other guys that had these, almost nobody knows that's there and that it's adjustable. Works perfectly fine on an Airbus with a cheap $30 Amazon plug adapter.
