Mostly caused by an AD. The premise that SLC can’t do Europe on 330’s is fallacy. I’m sure if we had data on fuel stops pre 330 to current 330 it would be close to the same.

IIRC this was the AD which happened to slap the 330 at the wrong time as a major heat spell hit west coast and we were in 102’s+ in Sept.

I did request to retain vacation , however, this was in the beginning of March, and now I was able thinking in April they will schedule me for training but no dice, however some more guys junior to me are starting training in April and I believe there were no further restrictions selected.

As well as more 220 flying. BOS also has more 220 flying than SLC some months (and can rival NYC at times).
The whole 320 base being needing in SEA before BOS is based on a fallacy. They said its taking over for the ER. It's not, it's only taking over the 757 portion, which makes the need much smaller.

I have a question for my Widebody international folks. I am considering bidding over as soon as I can so I felt this fit here VS any other thread...
I like to pack vitamins and those Muscle Milk protein carton drinks on my domestic trips. I haven't had to clear customs with food yet. Is bringing stuff like this a problem overseas? Do any of you bring any food/snacks/supplements with you?
(*No, I'm not being cheap, "you're a DL pilot just buy it there" cool, not the answer to my question)

If you really embrace the WB lifestyle . A handheld milk frother can perform double duty mixing protein drinks and frothing milk for cappuccino between rest breaks. The frothing attachment was removed from the espresso machine because it wasn't being properly cleaned.

I travel with multivitamins all the time. Liquids are a problem for LHR. Powdered drink mix cuts down on the weight.

Can’t speak to powders, but your sealed branded stuff should be good anywhere outside the Anglosphere (UK and Oz). The French will put it through a fancy machine but it should be allowed most places.
