Until you realize your sleep clock isn’t as conducive to 6 hour time changes and flying home at 2am body clock time. And then unable to sleep while the FAs are bashing the cart into your “rest area” serving your crew meal to non rev pax.

It's only for movement within the band. Not into or out of it.

Will the NYC330B vacancies continue to go unfilled for the next few AE’s?

There are no carts or non-revs in the 330 bunk. Also, anyone moving between the -400, 330 or 350 has probably got the segmented sleep thing figured out.

So when can we expect the next AE to come out?

May/June. They want some SLIs out flying the line this summer.

FIFY

At LCA meeting they said the only way they could potentially fly this summer schedule is by utilizing max number of SLI’s.

IMHO, this summer is going to make 2019 look like child’s play.

Really still confused why anyone in 350/765/330 would care about an extra 12 months of a seat lock for making jump to another widebody. Is that really a concession? Seriously? My guess is 98% of those making that move do not care and don’t plan to bid off it again within 24 anyways. For B’s who never had an upgrade, that option is still available as well…

All things equal, I’d take 330 over 764 for a proper rest area.

Yes I am a 97 hire (NWA), I have been using Curly’s seniority charts, projects 330A ways out still.
At this point I’ll just stay on the ER
hopefully be able to hold some Europe 3-4 day trips. They are still out of my reach…probably the best flying I had ever done. (When I was an FO)
