If we don’t have an AE by June we better start throttling down our hiring…
let’s be honest. Most of what they say doesn’t hold much weight. I bet they wait to see the contract and then roll one for early-mid Q2. Skipping an entire Quarter with this hiring and now direct to chinas being added back would truly be bizarre.
….so that’s probably what will happen

Simple way to figure it is look at the unfilled #s from last vacancy and divide by 50, that’s how many weeks we can hire before a new AE is needed.

Not sure if this is how tou calculate that or not but we have 1616 positions and awarded 1024 with 592 unfilled.
if so that’s about 3 months.

January 6th AE means August 18th
For those who are too lazy to do the math, these are the numbers we are looking at for a “must have” AE. The company technically has plenty of time if they choose!

We didn’t post 1600 FO positions. 300 of the 1600 were CA.

Yea I know but we had 1600 unfilled positions and those were all FO spots. Someone posted all of the unfilled spots a few weeks ago on here but I can’t find the exact post number. I believe it was on the new hire thread
