Hope the money is worth it to those who do it.

Being the plug can be difficult for sure..but if you live in base, drive to work and sit short call at home….significantly less so.

Does anyone know how the “minimum day credit” of 2hr30min works the current Europe 3 days? Will it stay the same credit as they currently are or increase? Let’s say ATL-AMS-ATL 3 day is currently worth 18 hours. Since you are gone from home for 3 days, will you get an extra 2.5 hours to make it 20.5 hour three days?

Doesn't apply to international flights. See 12.U

It really is only for domestic 30hr layovers.

The intent is to try to force the company to build trips that don't completely abuse you on the other days of the trip. So a 4 day pays 21 and blocks 7/8/0/6. Yeah you get 30 hours but the other days are crappy. Now that trip would pay 23:30 as is, or ideally the company would attempt to reduce block on the days with flying so you still get 21 hours but it wouldn't be a hard-time trip.

It’ll be hard to have an 8 hour day anyway without going over 10 hours of duty day which gets more pay also.

Yes, I was just adding some context to why the 2:30 is limited to domestic rotations only.

In general I don’t believe we will see any improvement to our schedules. I think we are about to get paid off though.
