14 hire here and I was 2400ish numbers from away from WB-A... Widget Seniority has me at 37xx in 2028.

6 years away definite possibility.

When are the ERs going? I’ve heard they’re mostly sticking around until 2030s. I don’t think their replacements have been ordered yet.

Yea my post was a joke! I was making fun at the guys senior to me hoping they would all change planes to bump me up. I’ve been here for 5 years now and am a NB FO. I just felt like complaining, that’s all!

DTW350A went down to a pm-DL Nov 1999 hire so that sounds right if you are pm-NW which would equate to a Nov 1997 hire.

Edit: GF is a faster typer than I am.

Flex fleet. They definitely need them right now. Believe the last one leaves by 2030. Ideally they are replaced as they go, unless overcome by events (knock on wood)
