Trying to sift through the 10 Alaska forms… Anyone have some of the highlights from Alaska’s TA?

If DALPA polled it, do you think Delta pilots would choose to go back to hard lines vs PBS?

Actually if we were paid in air line tickets 43% would just break even. We would need 48% DOS.

Would gladly trade a few % increase in pay for Union supervised pairing construction and 14hr long call. I was under the impression DALPA was shooting for some QOL gains but everyone just keeps talking about pay.

QOL gains are a higher priority than pay, but pay is a requirement just the same..

So you are all in on 43% date of signing(or higher) and full retro as you posted in another thread today?

As people keep asking Sailing....can you source that? Will you stake your reputation (on a not so anonymous forum) on your claim? Can I take your "promise" to my mortgage lender as collateral for a bigger loan?

Curious minds and all.

BTW, if we were paid in NBA salaries we would be shooting too low. As long as we want to play in the theater of the absurd.

Moving to a MAX fleet Air group receives a %10 average revenue increase with a decreased operating cost.
Getting a %7 pay increase is an insult.
Also, salt in the wound, their wholly owned regional pilots earns a much higher Pay per revenue seat pay rate than the major. This is not including cargo revenue.
And for quality of life, bring up you standards to other air carriers is not an accomplishment for a 90 year old “legacy” carrier.
