Just a totalizer. The fun was back on the engineer's panel.

As an old CV-880 plumber, you could watch the totalizer move like a second hand at T.O. power.

Hey, southwest doesn’t even have those on their 737s! Very fancy.

Granted the 350 cruises faster than the 777 did but, even with the new cabin configuration, I don't think it has the legs to do BOM from ATL. JFK might just fit in the range bubble though. Maybe the next 350 base will be NYC350 for all of the planned deliveries, not SLC?
I don't think BOM is being planned to ATL again, but JFK instead. The -1000 would probably be more suited to ATL if they are looking to serve that market again.

The "first look" document has the full pax range at 5900nm and the systems differences document has the range at 6790nm. Perhaps lightening the load by pulling out some seats will increase performance a bit. Airbus touts the range 7200nm but who knows what specs that is based on.

Given the middle east corridor constraints, I really don't think ATL - BOM is very realistic unless we take out a bunch of seats. jmho

If there is money to be made we will find a route. A friend at Delta flew the exact airway over the Ukraine the day prior to the Malaysian shoot down. I had F15’s in combat spread come over the top of us on approach to TLV bombing Gaza. I refused a routing out of TLV just off the Syrian coast when we had a carrier battle group off the coast launching strikes underneath. A few weeks later a Russian aircraft was shot down in that area.

I wonder how DL feels about this and if we tried to negotiate a deal with Airbus as well?

Turkish Air among others and now AF/KLM ordering new WB aircraft while we do nothing but hire Tom Brady?
