We currently have about 100 757-200s and 60 a320s so 60 or more growth ( depending on how many 757s they park) and rest replacements if everything goes according to plan.

They’ve already said they don’t have any near-term plans to park the 757-200s. They’re paid for, perform several missions that newer airplanes can’t, and they print money for Delta.
Heres the deal with Delta’s, and every other airline’s growth projections… It’s always billed as growth when times are good. When times inevitably turn bad again they’ll be billed as replacements when they go to park older airframes. So who really knows when the dust all settles. Some will be growth, some will inevitably be replacements is my guess. But as long as things keep rolling they won’t be replacing anything anytime soon.

757-200 /300 (especially the 300) are going to be around for quite some time. Network loves the -300.

the idea that any airframe is a replacement for another is too simplistic in the fungible nature of our network.

NEOs are mostly the 320 replacement. Maxes are extra lift + -800 replacement. The 757-200/300 are not going anywhere fast. Network really loves the -300.

and I explained to you how that’s far too simplistic a view of how our network operates. You repeating that simplistic view doesn’t make it any more correct

This is 100% false. The company literally has said many times that any 757 route over 2,200 miles will be replaced by the 321N. That’s every single transcon, Hawaii, etc. the 321N is not a 320 replacement. Not even close. That’s been official company info for at least 6-9 months now.
