Was looking at the Annual report and lost 10 planes while switching tabs. Thanks for the correction.
For comparison, we are -18 777 and -15 763, and +20 359 and +26 339.
On order still-
A339: 9
A359: 11
A351: 20
"widebody options": 20
For funsies, we are also +64 321neo paying at ER rate while down -21 75/76ERs as best as I can tell.

Thanks, happy to pull the data. I know we lag Big U by quite a bit for WB, but our stocks aren't all too bad all things considered. We've done a good job growing paychecks through banding and higher rates. Next thing for me is that the Max10 gets ER rate too. I'd really like to see the 321ceo bump up further but I think it's unlikely. Also lost in the numbers is that we brought the 319/320 fleet up to 738 rate. Every dollar we get matters, and IMO C19 did a lot to put more dollars in pockets than originally realized.
As I've said for a while, number of widebodies matter, but number of them paying the top rate really does too. The 763 replacement will help get more to the top.

Delta has done a great job of slow opportunistic growth the past 10-12 years. Crazy to think we were down to 11,500 pilots at the end of 2013.
As a 320 guy myself, and not planning on making a move anytime soon. The NEO rate and the 319/320 bump have been very nice.

I am glad that I ended up at Delta. I always envisioned myself ending up at American (thankful that didn’t happen). And EVERY UA pilot that I had on the jumpseat in the 2010-2014 timeframe was very adamant about “don’t come here!” I am sure there were pilots here saying the same, but over there it seemed more the norm than the exception.

We don't so the big splashy announcements and proclamations, but have seen steady growth as you say, and more coming bit by bit.

Very happy with my decision as DL was the goal, but when I did when I consider staying I had about 3 SLI’s to tell me make the jump to DL if they were in my shoes, plus my LCP. That over the course of their 30+ yr careers their delta buddies have gone thru less volatility & were happier group overall. I’m sure it didn’t help tho that 23’ was pre-UPA23 so picketing was going on & general unhappiness which def made their opinions biased to a degree.
One thing I’ve noticed going thru both is UA really touted their UA Next growth plans thru Indoc as they seem to love flashy displays of plans & growth which is fun to hear, but the TK ppl didnt seem to put much faith in it.
DL on other hand seems to be much more conservative and sly with their growth plans for sure, pros and cons.
I do believe, DL’s growth plans are much more ambitious than any of know, especially in the intl. arena, time will tell.
