Also, where would one find the delivery schedule of the upcoming 330/350’s?

Thanks!

Thanks for that direction! So we have seven 330 and seven 350s suppose to be delivered in 2024. With retirements on those fleets it sure didn’t seem like we have had openings on these fleets this year relative to the deliveries and retirements.

As best as I can tell, we've only had 3 A330s delivered this year, and 4 A350s, one 350 is days away from delivery to make it 5.

Is ALPA planning on negotiating the A350-1000 pay rates when it’s time? it’s a new model, right?

“The Company will give the Association notice of its intention to introduce a new aircraft model at least six months prior to the projected scheduled revenue service date, or within 30 days after entering into the contract for procurement of the new aircraft model, whichever is later in time. (A new aircraft model is an aircraft model for which no composite hourly pay rate exists in the pay tables set forth in Section 3 B.).“

Given the fact that we just banded all WB to the same pay rate, I expect the negotiation will be very short.

That said, I would like to see the MEC/Negotiators squeeze them for another quid or two in lieu of raising it.

The 717 pilots would accept a band up to the A200-100 rate as a quid… 😁

I hope we are able to get a rate above our current WB rate. We will see.

tangental but make sure you vote in your LEC elections. The next MEC will determine pay for a couple new planes as well as where we start negotiations for C2026

it’s too bad UA and AA were not able to get a higher rate for their 777-300ERs. That would have helped. I think before BK UA used to have a rate for their 747-400 that was 10-15% higher than their 777-200 rate. (That 777 rate is what we currently base our WB pay on)

well the 767-300 got left out of that.. I’m guessing number of pax they carry was a big reason and it’s a retiring fleet so wasn’t worth the squeeze…

less monthly block time too on the 350-1000 lines with the Ultra Long Haul flying it will do. Most lines will likely be under reserve guarantee, just like the 350-900

I think the 350 fleet hasn't seen much movement because, as I was told, as each new airplane is delivered, an airplane is being pulled from service for heavy maintenance/cabin change (probably the LATAMs).
