HND starts at the end of October according to Travelnet. 350 was flying LAX CDG a couple months ago. Either would be welcome relief from uncommutable 30 hour ATL-EUR 5 day trips. The downside is three day non-FRMS will change the reserve game.
LAX350B went from 100 to 126 since last fall.
Has there been any mention of the 330 flying being done in LAX (HND/CDG/etc..) coming to the LAX350 crews once more 350s are delivered? Would love to see the 350 base in LAX grow, especially once (if ever) china flying gets back.

Only a matter of time. AA has been cozy with Qatar for a while, and United rolled out the red carpet for Emirates. Etihad is a bit of a basket case, but a bit more of a boutique option that we seem to like. We can sell connections from Abu Dhabi, and a direct JFK-BOM for us would allow them to sell non stop US-India to their customers.

[QUOTE=FL370esq;3818364]AKL was 4-day non-FRMS operated on a similar schedule to SYD. It was often flown with split crews (LAX & ATL), much like ATH, FCO, BCN, SCL out of ATL in the summer. In the shoulder months AKL moved to 5 or 6 day trips, which works well for reserve QOL.

Did you catch this nugget:
“Riyadh Air, which will begin operations in 2025, is committed to building a premier carrier for customers traveling to and from the Middle East, with its base of operations in Riyadh…”
