320->330 short course will add 2yrs seatlock. Is short, but not short enough to give you 1 yr seatlock. Unless you go 320B->330B and your FIRST CA upgrade is the 320A, then you got yourself into a longer seatlock but back into domestic.

C19 changed this. Only long courses are 24 months now. Differences is 9 months. Short courses are 12 months now. PWA 22.G.1

You are only renting the seat and don't own it. The guy before you checked out on time. You want a late checkout with a free extra night. Tell me how that's not the case.

Yeah, that was dumb. Sorry you got the sharp end of that stick. But you are why they ‘fixed’ that, so they can’t suddenly get an extra year+ seat lock for the low, low price of 1 extra day of training.

Middle of the night, that's when I do my 10 mile run in ICN, HND, FCO, CDG, It's great! (I'm ATL 350).

And just for perspective (and everyone is different) I find a 24 hour INTL layover plenty of time to work out, go out, and zonk out!

The reality is most guys will find an excuse NOT to work out. You look for an excuse, you'll certainly find it. I sense that you are different. You will have no trouble, this shouldn't even be a concern when bidding an INTL aircraft.

AirFrance has offered us a great deal on an A350-900 if we pick it up in Canada.

I sit on YouTube and get ****ed off I can’t go back to sleep. Then after about 2 hours of that I’m out again.

Im not claiming domestic is super healthy, but if you can get on a semi regular sleep schedule, that goes a long way to mitigate the health issues of airline flying. Not to mention, you’ll have the energy to workout.
I definitely agree with this. I’m not much of a gym rat and never have been. But I have a lot of hobbies back home with sports that keep me in shape so I don’t mind skipping the gym on a layover. But I’m scrawny and don’t have a lot of muscle mass to keep up with lol. I definitely think those who do have the adjust to international a lot differently than most of us. It can be done but you’ll cut your time somewhere whether it’s napping, sightseeing, etc. It’s do-able but for sure domestic is probably better than international to maintain that lifestyle (and diet).
