EB said on the Earnings Call the 350-1000's are "20% more fuel efficient than the 767-300's they are replacing..."
In addition, GH just said that the 767-300's will definitely all be gone this decade, on a pretty "consistent" decline. He also seemed to say the -400 would be gone too, with it leaving international service in '28, and gone by 2030, but it was hard to follow that poorly worded question. That would be news.

I guess this is why I'm not exactly popping champagne about this, though I am happy. If we don't exercise the options, what's the net gain so far if we park all our 763s and 764s? A jumping for joy order would have been this plus, 30 or more 339s (or 787s for the weird yoke lovers 🤣. In due time I guess.

well, we had roughtly 16 each of a339 and a359 on order already. With the a35k order that's 52 widebodies to be delivered and 66 767s to be retired. If the 20 a35k options are taken up that would be a net positive. When all is said and done it will be a significant increase in pilots at the top paying rate compared to before the beginning of all the a330/a350 orders.
767-300er: 45 - 45
767-400er: 21 - 21
a330-200: 11 - 11
a330-300: 31 - 31
a330-900: 23 16 39
a350-900: 28 16 44
a350-1000: 0 20 20

339's will shift from ATL to NYC to replace the 767's and old 330's and the 350's will replace the lost 339's in ATL

IMHO the 787, speciifically the -10 could come into play when it's time to replace the A330 ceos (42), assuming network growth at that time along with a desire to up gauge. The -8 is a turd and the -9 would be redundant to the A359, espcially with the less dense, 275 seat version we will be acquiring. But the -10 is known to have superior CASM and can carry more payload, more efficiently than any A330 which is already our most profitable wide body according to the company. By that time we will have had a long enough track record of not ordering Boeing wide bodies that they may be willing to work with us on pricing to clinch a deal. A GEnx MRO deal would also be huge.
