you realize that EDP, carve, and other provisions still pay, right? Credit, in these terms, is cost to the company, not time card credit.

You'll continue to have your pay stolen, they will continue to blatantly violate the contract. I've seen it all before a thousand times over. But you juniors, you know better. 2 years from know your NB schedules will still be horrendous, they'll be shorting you on pay from work you've given them and you'll clap each other on the back proclaiming how the soft pay was such a good deal. Is it a good deal when you have to go and fight for what you are owed?
Don’t feed the sanctimonious troll anymore folks. Please.

The new vocabulary word was the highest value content in the entire post.

I’ve had a lot more credit in my trips, not counting the new “additional pay” column. It is having an effect, but YMMV.

How am I trolling Fangs? Please, I'd like to hear your explanation. The ink was barely dry on c2019 before management violated it. You think their modus operandi is going to change? You're a fool.

Guess that all depends on WHEN you get paid doesn't it? Let's keep watching the ACE tally grow and grow though. One day you'll be a WB A, and then like me not have to worry about chasing the money they owe you. Since most of your trips are going to not avail themselves to the "soft pay" bins nearly as much as the NB fleets.

Uh, I'm a recent WB A and the company is trying to short me (and other pilots) about 18 hours of RR pay. I'll likely be added to the ACE queue. I've flown quite a bit of domestic, and international in my career, and for you to cavalierly sniff at soft pay only shows how little you grasp what the NB life has been like in the past few years.

Nothing in life is perfect, but all the "soft pay" provisions represent serious contractual improvements. I've sat three SC this month. I haven't flown a trip off any of them, so that's three extra hours of pay. What about the 5.15 ADG we've had for awhile now? All the deep ATL-SA trips used to pay the block time only, and that was usually between 19-20 hours. With the adoption of the ADG years ago, every one of those trips now pay 21 hours--every pilot, every trip. According to you that's a "bad" thing?

Yes, that’s exactly (the effect of) what he is repeatedly saying. Because it’s not in the pay rate. And I’m “a fool”, lol.
