I remember fudging the crap out of that wizwheel to get jumpseaters and as many pax on board. Now everything is so digital and tracked. No more wiggle room these days.

Edv had a great program to plan the load from delta. But you gotta get some of those smaller carryons in the overhead. No one likes it, but they weigh 0 in the cabin, they weighed 30 in the back. Of coruse all those numbers probably changed now.

I think they are primarily planning it for recurrent training, not IQ.

I’ve seen the SLC announcement in a few places but honestly I don’t think they know what’s going on next week much less some amorphous time in the future.

Glad to see the bill to raise retirement age has finally been introduced. Time to remove one of the last bastions of open discrimination in this country and restore freedom to this industry.

I think they should raise the age only for RJ pilots. I mean after all, at age 65 they have the most experience in the industry!

It will apply to them too. They have their whole career to earn, unlike us who had our pension given away by DALPA, took a 40 to 70% pay cut, and got furloughed.
