It showed up automatically for me the same day as completion. Make sure even if using the company IPad you followed the setup instructions for LMS. If not you might have to give them a call.

yes, if you did the final lesson (sailboat) it has shown up for me about :02 later on my time card at the bottom.

I think they are all under 6:00 unfortunately

GS pay question. Got improperly passed over for a GS. Called them on it, I'm pay protected

Is it single pay, or do I get GS pay?

Assuming you are indeed the proper pilot to be paid. You'll get single pay for the missed rotation and it won't count against you for the month. Now, if you caught it in time, they can "fix" it by removing the other pilot and placing you on the rotation. I think the cutoff is 2 hours or so.

You may not be the correct pilot who should have been assigned this GS. I've called scheds on trips I've missed only to have them identify someone else as the proper pilot who was missed. Windfall for someone else.

Please also submit this to the ACE app. Our SC needs to know about them incorrectly assigning trips.

As the old agage goes, the problem with Greenslip pay is that you actually have to fly the Greenslip to get Greenslip pay. Otherwise, it is just straight pay.

Default PTP

Anyone have an idea of what two days of PTP before training would be? I see it in VTS data in iCrew.

I believe it means you asked for 48 hours off prior to IQ. No pay.

I concur it means 48 w/ no pay - but I did not ask for it. Verified by me yesterday via a call to Pilot Assist. I have two days of PTP before an IQ in late August. Don't want it, as it jams-up my monthly bidding options. I specifically declined to indicate a desire for time off prior to training in my AE bid. I don't recall ever having PTP prior to an IQ, and I don't like it.

With that said, does anybody know why it's there? Or if there is any way out of it?

TIA

You can get out of it. I got out my PTP days, Crew Resources are the people who did changed it. Try filling out a Smartsheet on the CR page, then when a few days go by and it hasn't disappeared, call the CPO and ask them to message CR and get it removed because you didn't ask for it. They'll say, "we can't change it" and my reply was, "I'm not asking >you< you change it, I'm asking to tell CR to change it". Eventually, it got changed in the middle of the bid window and I was able to bid for the month correctly.
