Excellent! I am currently working on an APP that tells you when there is an APP for that. I will call it "That APP" One APP to rule them all. Basically an APP to alert you about other APPs . Im not really working on this but someone should do it - pure genius. Almost as smart as a factory that makes miniature factories.

Hard to believe, but back in the 2000's, I was rocking a Palm 515 with an application called "Airline Pilot Daily Logbook". ZERO internet connectivity. To load your schedule, you would cut/paste the rotations into the PC program, and it would screen scrape the data and sync it into the Palm. As you flew, you entered the actual times. It kept track of legalities, day/night time, etc. It would proactively warn you for FAR issues, like the ole reduced rest/compensatory rest issues. End of the month, it would output all the info you needed for your logbook or whatever. More than once it flagged FAR issues that could have been missed.
It's hard to believe that 20 years later, we don't have something that can simply parse the rotation data and do the very same thing.

I’ve never used it or verified any of its functionality, but that sounds like APDL from NC Software. I use their logbook program and the front screen of their webpage has an ad for version 10 of APDL, which coincidentally, might be exactly what you had on your handheld super computer.
