I agree but don’t see many swapping down to the 321 once they get the wide body rate. May as well skip the training and pay cut and just take a caribbean vacation lol

To be honest, I see it this way as well. I appreciate the flexibility.

Agreed. Mostly will be dependent on one's seniority. A live junior 330A could make more as a senior 320A (live in base) depending on time of year and staffing. Recently had 350 cats on Widget FB complaining PBS only gave than 60 hrs while 320 senior cats gobbling up Silvers and Greens plus extended duty/sit pay etc etc. Commuter WB A probably wins everytime

Technically,.under our new PWA, it will be a 12 month freeze. Buddy says it looks to be an 11-day footprint if the testing goes well...which means they will settle on 12. 😁

When you finish training and get through OE, those 12 months will be almost gone! This could creat some movement for sure.

Had a weird thing happen today, got an ARCOS call with my usual go to of blanket GS with auto accept Y and auto ACK N. But this time the screen was different and offered selection options and a few people senior to me had already selected the sole GS available. (Trips avail 1, batch size 100 two days out, thanks SK).

Ended up going senior to me, so I thought I’d messed up my GS request but I checked and it still says auto accept yes, acknowledge no. Anyone else have this happen? I know Icrew says they moved the position of the icons around but I double checked and it still says auto accept Y which should mean no false alarms……

Are you looking at your OCT green slip or your NOV green slip?

look/read very closely in ICrew.

They just rearranged the auto-ack and auto-accept buttons. So you may be backwards.
