Any "Latest & Greatest about Delta?" Part 2
#5861
You won't get an argument from any Delta pilot on that. After 10 years, I still have to hunt around to find where to put in my CQ golden days. Fwiw, the help button at the bottom provides some details, though I don't think it would have helped here. There is also an iCrew user's guide on your iPad.

Just went back and looked. They were entered vertically. Which I’m now assuming means it was done incorrectly. However, when talking to CS on the phone initially when they trying to figure out why it was denied, they verbally stated that the request had been entered correctly.
And since this is in the “latest and greatest”
thread, is there any talk of revamping, updating, improving, or replacing icrew?

The two issues that usually arise are either (1) your three day is really a 4-day in the eyes of the swap-o-matic (releases after midnight) or the other 3-day was a qualified drop ("Q" trip). I've had both of those prevent what looked like a clean 3-day for a 3-day.

I tried looking this up in the contract but I found myself confused. If you swap airplanes and only incur a 1 year seat lock. At the end of that year if you didnt like it and wanted to go back to your old plane, would you have to go through the full training? Im talking 330b to 350b. If you wanted to return to 330b is there a timeline where you would only have to do requal training or are you stuck and would then have to do the full course again? Not sure if this new aqp is going to change all this as well. Thanks!

If it’s more than 2 years since you were qualled on the plane, you need full IQ. I did a normal requal during Covid- it’s like 75% of full IQ and requires the ESV all over again.
330->350->330 should be a walk in the park if you’re already on it. It’s just the time you have to spend at the training center that’s the big pain.
Someone else will have to chime in about aqp changes.

Look in Aerodocs for the training student guide. (It replaced the old student DIG). I don’t have it in front of me, but there is a table outlining when you would need Full IQ, Normal Requal, or Special Requal. You can also read about their different commitments to Virginia Ave.
