And yes, I'm seeing the same issue.
Now you know why the ALPA access is so delayed... gotta hide the evidence.

Good morning, reserve greenslip question for the smart people.
situation:
end sc at 3am. Transition back to LC for 3 days. Arcos calls at 5am for a 1645 1 day trip. I assume im on the arcos call list because its less than 18 hrs.

Question: when accepting a GS on LC days inside 18hrs from last fdp, does it actually count as a greenslip and do you get a pb day? Will it act like a full GS for the whole trip? Just that day? Or until you trip your 18hrs from last fdp? Or are you working for free because youre still on LC?

thank you!

To add to this make sure scheduling codes the trip as F#1 on the trip coverage so that you are paid correctly. It's been 50/50 whether they do it correctly for me or not, but a quick phone call has fixed it every time.

I listed my wife via travelnet for a leisure travel listing on AAL. It went through and I have a ticket number and a record locator but can not print a seat request to get her through security. I have done this many times before with no issue - any thoughts?

Thanks Scoop

Try having her download the AA app and putting the reservation in there. Might get a QR code for security that way.

Used AA to get home from DFW a few weeks ago. I had to go to customer service to get a seat request. She may need go to the ticket counter with the record locator.

Update. Yes, for ID 90 travel on AAL you have to go to a ticket counter. Could not print a seat request card at home. The AAL App also did not work. Never tried an airport kiosk since there was no line at the ticket counter so unsure if that would have worked.

Thanks for the info.

Any of the AA kiosks will work fine. Just put in your 6 digit record locator code and it spits out the standby passes. Takes under 1 minute. I do it all the time.

Quick tax questions re: Roth in-plan conversions. Last year called Fidelity to set up automatic in plan Roth conversion of company contributions, but the guy mentioned you have to call every paycheck to convert it, so I just went with a lump sum conversion of the couple K of money the company had contributed to that point, understanding the tax implications of doing that. Copy the questionable judgment of this decision.

Now I'm doing taxes and of course I see the tax that I have to pay on the converted money, but my tax person is telling me that I also owe the 10% early withdrawal penalty, which I'm quite sure is wrong. Maybe she doesn't understand what an in plan conversion is? Anybody have experience navigating the tax implications on the Roth conversion? Curious if people are doing this.
