17,000+ pilots and still less than 1,000 airframes at mainline. A lot less people sitting in training or NQAT than 2021. I’d plan on some blue coverage days.
I’d rather spend my fear money on the defense contractors than puts.

What’s illegal about them?

Ah yes thanks, I misinterpreted what he said.

As was said above, 8.D.3 violations (shortest DH back to base at the end of a rotation) tend to pop up a lot. But also there are still a number of broken trips that get built with illegal turn times as well.

It's been a while since I've looked into getting the Shared Reward (or whatever Delta is calling the money they contribute to our HSAs for doing busy work). Looking at our benefits page, I can get up to $1,700 for me and my spouse, but looking at the website to complete these challenges, I don't see how that is possible. When I log onto Share Care, the only things I see are the Delta Health Rewards ($850) and the Delta Wellness Rewards ($100). The Delta Health Rewards are already maxed since my wife and I already had physicals this year. Do the Wellness Rewards also go into the HSA, or is it something else? How do I actually get Delta to contribute $1700?

Well that may explain why I had $850 deposited in my HSA at the beginning of the year. I don't know how it works, but money was deposited. All "activites" were completed last year.

They extended the FA’s voluntary leave 1 month - going through till the end of April now

Taking a closer look at the numbers, our reserves required numbers are still pretty much the same as they've been since I've been on this fleet. We've just shrunk as they don't backfill our category. First time in a long time that I couldn't get a single day to drop on the first PCS for the month. Here's hoping the reduced reserves provides for some rolling thunder.

With the Delta Sharecare website, both you and your spouse need to have separate accounts. Somehow when you create your spouse's account you tie it to your employee number. That way you can track both people's individual steps towards the total joint rewards. Not sure of your situation with whether you are employee + spouse or employee + family, but for us with a family I show I can earn $1550 on my account. That is $650 for the physical, $650 for the real age test, and the automatic $250 family funding. On my spouse's page it shows a max potential of $850, $425 each from the physical/well woman/prenatal exam and the real age test.

Used to be thay they'd break up everything because people wouldn't take the long trips. With commuters having a better shot st GS, they seem to not split them as much. The crazy thing is I've seen plenty of trips that could have been split and a majority of the trip sent to reserves. Also, less GS = less PB days and with no blue days, noone can use the PB days, which makes fewer GS.
You most definitely can still use PB days with negative RES coverage.
