If you open one of the May schedules and change the URL from MAY to JUN it'll show up.

Hey y'all! Just heard from my online group that DAL has been giving 15 CJOs out of 21 lately which is the lowest one so far recently. That's approx 71% passing rate. Does anyone have any idea or more defined reasons as to why the 6 or other applicants have been getting TBNTs instead?

There's always a saying that the job is yours to lose. I just want to be prepared for my upcoming interview next week. Getting the bumps already.
Thanks in advance, brother! :-)

They are getting the TBNT because they didn’t pass the panel interview.

Unless something has changed you need to score above whatever threshold the hiring department has in order to secure the CJO. The panel takes copious notes and scores each of your answers, and at the end they tally up your score and it needs to be above a certain level.

I don’t believe that cutoff line is on a curve or a sliding scale. They do not weed out a certain percentage of people, they want to hire everyone who interviews. But you have to pass.

perhaps more people are not using an interview prep thinking there is no need? Not sure, but it appears that for 6 of the people it may have been a different outcome. Hard to say…

Another possibility, as the hiring boon continues, some are extremely qualified, some are well qualified and some are qualified. IF Delta is having a hard time pushing those already hired thru training due to training capacity (they are) combined with uncertain recession outlook Delta may be slightly throttling back. Consequently the take % declines. As another month goes by, the bucket of extremely qualified somewhat gets replenished.

Just one possibility

FWIW my interview group in early April - 21/24 = 87.5% CJO - maybe we had more Chuck Yeagers

Actually, I’m pretty sure Delta wouldn’t hire Chuck Yeager.

Quick question: if I’m called by a scheduler during my 30 hour rest period does this break my rest??
