We pay dues, as in; you’re junior so you don’t get this stuff because it’s for pilots who have been here longer, or, we pay union dues for the union reps to read all of our minds to know exactly what they should negotiate for without anyone having to tell the LEC/MEC/negotiators?

I looked back in my email and the email saying the W-2 was available came on the following dates over the last few years: 1/25, 1/23, 1/24, 1/25, 1/18, 1/25.

So - soon.

Speaking of taxes... do most of you use a CPA or use something like TurboTax for your taxes?

IF you only have W2's, retirement savings and no side hustles to account for, than Turbo tax works great.

Throw in rental properties, side hustles, 1099s, or any other non traditional wage income, it usually pays to have a CPA to stand beside you in an audit.

Turbotax since the tax code changes a few years ago. No deductions and no AMT to worry about now and my rentals are gone now so it's easier.
