100% agree - The active and fit is one of the best deals around.

Scoop
It’s available to general public for $32 per month. It’s $28 per month for us.

Is SAS included in global scope? I recall a recent partnership deal announced. No idea the details.

The couple of articles I’ve read on it said both websites are selling seats on the other’s flights, so if true that would be a yes. Although they aren’t a JV, if Delta sells more than an avg of 120 seats on their metal in a month, or if 30% of the passengers are Delta, it counts towards global scope.

edit: apparently they will eventually be a part of the AF/KLM/VA JV, so the 120/30% provision won’t apply and they will be covered completely under GS

So the sim instrucotrs get holiday pay when they instruct but pilots in training do not get holiday pay when in training. Can we fix this with the next contract?

I think you meant to say, "I"m going to put up a resolution at my next LEC meeting to fix this."

The "We" that can fix it is all of us..

Default GVUL

I was doing my “check your checks” thing yesterday and noticed I don’t have any imputed income for the GVUL Insurance on the 15 Jan paycheck.

Will that be on the 31st paycheck? All my other insurances that I signed up for are correct. TIA

*Update* ESC says next check, 31 Jan, after 30 days of active status.

It's buried in that "Check your check" page, but it does say it only shows up on the end of month paystub.

I had a moment of panic as I wondered where the GVUL line was as well.
