Any "Latest & Greatest about Delta?" Part 2

nothing of the kind.
as part of their tender offer for spirit, JetBlue agreed to pay a breakup fee to spirit shareholders if the merger did not go through for ANY reason, including antitrust issues.
during the bidding war with F9, the NK CEO voiced concerns that antitrust issues might tank the B6 deal, this money was put up by B6 to get NK shareholders to vote for a JetBlue merger over a frontier merger.

im guessing yes. Mostly because the judge ruled against JBs plan to entirely eliminate spirit and just fold it into JB operation. A F9/NK merger would be a small decrease in overlapping routes, but not removing the vast majority of that product from the market. But who really know until they try to partner up and see if they get c0@& blocked too...

Do you need to "sign up" at each gym you go to, or once you go to a certain chain, you are in their system? Do you have to cancel your membership from one before going to a different chain?

Spirit/Frontier is much more realistic merger, both ULCC, both keep that model working. One is a lot of east coast, the other a lot of west coast (some overlap of course). I think JB/Alaska would of been a better deal. But no airplanes for expansion for JB which is what JB apparently really wanted. And now Alaska is getting together with Hawaiian.

Well, JetBlue’s original purchase price offer for Spirit was over $3.5B… And today Spirit’s market cap is just under $600M… Soooooo yeah. JetBlue is better off without this at the moment. Spirit on the other hand is in bad shape. Several analyst calling for Chapter 11 and possibly even a Chapter 7 liquidation via the courts. Best of luck to the NK pilots. What a gut punch,

You go to a chain, planet fitness for example, and show them your active and fit ID number. They'll sign you up and you'll be a member of planet fitness and you'll get the black card. You'll have access to all their gyms. Also there's not limit to how many memberships you can have. I'm actively a member at Planet, LA fitness, Crunch, Anytime, and some random mom and pop gym I found in a Helena MT layover once.

It gets a little better. You can add your spouse for a small fee and whenever you leave DL, as long as you got your direct deposit working you keep it. I know an ex OO that signed up in 2017 when he flew RJ's under DL connection and still uses it to this day.
