We had one (singular) month where we had more than 50% days blue before the first PCS run on the 20th.
Last few months...goose egg...I was beginning to think I was looking at my schedule on a black/white monitor....

We've had lots of blue days, even through the summer. Next month isn't looking so good. Still have >half the month with blue days, but many days only by 1 reserve, which will get swallowed up at 0700 on the 20th. Crazy that November, even days not around Thanksgiving, is tighter than summer months.

Don't think we have too many, if any, SLIs in my cateogry. I can't imagine many care to commute from DTW to be a SLI (LOTS of locals in my seat). We were also fairly well staffed before summer, so I don't think that's it. We're just receiving more jets every month but not getting anymore pilots in my seat. Every AE since we started monthly AEs, it's been few to none listed, and equal in/out.
Problem with GS city is the high ALV/lack of extra X-day makes it tough, especially when there are some many GSers and/or you don't care to work weekends (or count on PB days yo drop weekends). Most months, getting GS 2 means working weekends or hoping people don't answer their phone in the middle of the nights. That may shift in November, but we'll see.

Reroute
Here’s a new one…picked up a GS, fly 1 leg out and deadhead back. On the way there I get a reroute message saying I’m now flying back. Scheduling is denying me my reroute pay referencing 23A51. They said since the flight number didn’t change that there is no reroute pay and that is how they’ve been “instructed to interpret it.” I’m not seeing it. I feel like they are fighting us on everything lately! Let me know if I’m missing something.

I completely agree. I submitted a crew assist pay inquiry (denied) and spoke to a scheduler who talked to a pay specialist (denied again). Just submitted an ACE so I can hopefully get this resolved in 6 months🤦♂️

What's funny is that 23A51 doesn't even mention "flight number." Not sure what contract they are reading. I'd submit an inquiry to ACE and ask if that interpretation is correct. They'll respond within a few hours to a day or so.

Like many things with the company right now, they're just making it up...
