I deleted everything, tech support “did something” and everything’s working again.

Are swaps processed before white slips? Denied a white slip for contractual limits. Scheduling said the pilot who got it did so as a swap. Thanks!

white slips happen before swap with the pot. The order is listed in 23.E.2

Kids are back in school, had to call in sick a few days ago. Called in well today.

Am I still at the bottom of the greenslip priority list for the rest of the month? Or should I be back to the “normal” greenslip priority starting tomorrow? Always thought if you called in sick, you were at the bottom of the list for the rest of the month.

TIA

That’s how I read it too. Getting conflicting information from scheduling. ACE report I guess.

Last time a swap is processed by PCS (“does not meet contractual time limits”) is the 0700 run 2 days prior 23 E 2 a 2. Last time a swap will be processed by PCS (if the rotation hasn’t been sent to coverage per 23 M 2 or 3) is the 0700 run 1 day prior 23 E 2 a 4.

After 0700 2 days prior (For a WS) you are now within the crew scheduling trip coverage ladder. Should receive a proffer via ARCOS assuming it hasn’t been swapped and your WS was in before the TC was pulled.

You are at the bottom until all FAR violations that would exist had the trip been flown are no longer present. So in theory up to a year with the 1000 in 365 days under FAR 117.23 (b)(2).

Look at 23 Q 6 f.

If the rotation would not cause a FAR issue you show up in green slip number / seniority order status. 23 Q 14 in base 23 Q 15 out of base.

I’m sure we are on the same page here but:

for clarity. You may begin an FDP that could potentially show more than 138 hours of duty since your last 30 hour break as long as that FDP *began* prior to the 138 hour limit that would necessitate a new 30 hour break (138+30=168, 30 of that being the rest) prior to a new FDP

Assume you’ve had 30 hours off and you begin at 1200E today (9/11). You can operate FDPs that begin as late as 0559E/17th (+137 hours 59 minutes) within an intervening 30 hour break. That final FDP beginning at 0559E may intrude into where you might expect the 30 hours to begin. However I once that FDP ends you now need a prospective 30 hours prior to any new FDPs.

Thanks for your reply. So based on what you said and the PWA, since I called in sick for a 3 day trip and am now well, I am now back to the original greenslip seniority order.

Once October schedule is out you may end up getting put to the bottom again as the FAR conflict is a look back and look forward.
